Once approved, we open a private WhatsApp project group with you, our Head Maker and our admin team. Real-time design updates, instant answers to technical questions, the attention a bespoke commission deserves.
Share reference images, sketches or colour palettes directly with the maker. We discuss material feasibility and the finer details, then send a binding quote and a final summary for your approval before anything is fired.
Production begins once a 50% deposit is confirmed, and your project joins our master making schedule. You'll receive photo updates of the glass-blowing process as each element is pulled, shaped and annealed.
Every commission is live-tracked in our Master Order Tracker, from deposit verification to final dispatch, a permanent record of your unique piece. We settle the balance, pack with care, and send it on its way.
